<p>“- Buna ziua, acum cateva zile mi-ati <strong>promis</strong> un <strong>raspuns</strong> …</p>
<p>- Buna ziua, imi aduc aminte, dar am avut o perioada foarte aglomerata. <strong>Promit</strong> sa revin cu raspunsul in cateva zile.”</p>
<p>“- Buna ziua, <strong>trebuia</strong> sa ne intalnim acum 10 min.</p>
<p>- M-a intors un coleg din drum … ajung in maxim 10 min. Imi cer <strong>scuze</strong> … “</p>
<p><a href="http://alex2m.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/buna-ziua_01.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-1162" title="Buna ziua" src="http://alex2m.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/buna-ziua_01.jpg?w=300&#038;h=221" alt="" width="300" height="221" /></a>Cam asa suna multe dialoguri din viata reala. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Nu este vorba de exceptii, ci de regula!</span></em> Indiferent de contextul in care au loc, mi se par nefiresti. Sunt tipul de comunicari directe care presupun un <strong>angajament ferm</strong> din partea uneia dintre parti. Apoi, se intampla ceva magic (in sensul rau desigur) si <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">angajamentul si/sau termenul se dilueaza pana dispare. Este un pacat in care cad foarte multi. Atat de multi incat cel care atrage atentia devine un ciudat!</span></em></p>
<p>Acest tip de reflex pacatos descris mai sus cred ca are impact in modul in care se deruleaza <strong>comunicarile</strong> noastre in general. Adica, acesta este modul nostru de a functiona. Asa se face ca o campanie poate sa <strong>mearga prost</strong> dpdv al alocarii resurselor interne fara ca cineva sa faca mare caz. Ce daca nu stie vocea blonda despre promotie !? O sa revina cu un telefon. Ce daca nu ai primit raspunsul promis !? Acum si-a adus aminte si nu va mai uita. Ce daca ai intarziat la o intalnire !? Daca e chiar important te va astepta.</p>
<p>Si mie mi s-a intamplat ca indiferent cat de bine suna si cat de mult si  de frumos promite o <strong>oferta</strong> sa nu-i acord atentie. De ce? Este foarte simplu, nu-i mai cred. Va aduceti aminte de ofertele frumoase care ne asaltau, dar care contineau o steluta <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ? <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Se poate da o reglementare care sa excluda ofertele cu stelute, dar cu siguranta nu se poate impune seriozitatea prin lege …</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Acest “tratament” intensiv cu nepasare de cea mai buna calitate din partea celor care genereaza comunicari isi va face efectul mai devreme sau mai tarziu. “Pacientul” va ajunge si el nepasator. Este adevarat ca nu va mai fi afectat de aceste situatii, dar fiind nepasator te va trata cu aceeasi reteta cand situatia se va inversa. Atunci tu vei fi un ciudat care trebuie tratat si se vor gasi doctori specializati la tot pasul.</span></em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cred ca exista si asa ceva <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Acum doua zile mi-a sunat <strong>telefonul</strong> si o voce demna si sobra mi-a dat urmatoarele info: sunt invitat la restaurantul X in ziua Y ora Z pentru o masa gratis si o prezentare a catorva produse. Prima data am crezut ca e o gluma, dar gluma era chiar serioasa. Compania are un nume ciudat si tembel asa ca nu am reusit sa-l retin. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Cand am intrebat despre ce fel de produse este vorba mi-au spus ca asa ceva nu-mi pot dezvalui si ca voi afla la locul faptei. Cand am intrebat de unde au numarul meu de telefon mi-au spus ca nici asta nu-mi pot zice …</span></em></p>
<p>So, cred ca cineva chiar a cheltuit ceva <strong>bani si efort</strong> pentru campania asta, dar ma indoiesc ca va avea rezultatele asteptate. E ok sa faci apel la <strong>curiozitate</strong>, care intr-o <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">doza mai mica sau mai mare se regaseste in fiecare dintre noi,</span></em> dar nu asa. Evident ca nu ma duc la nici o prezentare daca nu sunt convins ca m-ar putea <strong>interesa</strong>. Sa iei o baza de date de aiurea si sa suni muncitoreste pe toata lumea si sa oferi un discurs asa trist mi se pare o tampenie. Cum sa ma faci sa vin si sa vreau sa aflu mai multe info daca nu-mi zici despre ce este vorba? De ce sa-si doareasca o companie sa tina o prezentare in fata unora care dupa 5 min isi dau seama ca nu-i<strong> intereseaza</strong>? Decat 10 asa prezentari, mai bine sustii doua prezentari in fata unui public pentru care info pe care le prezinti au <strong>relevanta</strong>!</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Cum sa-mi spui ca nu-mi poti zice de unde ai datele mele de contact si acceptul meu pentru a fi apelat de catre tine? Exista si o lege care reglementeaza situatia asta!</span></em> <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Sunt vremuri mai grele, dar o masa (chiar si copioasa) nu ma poate face sa fac acest pas. Daca masa oferita gratis reprezinta <strong>motivatia</strong> de a merge inseamna ca prezentarea oricum nu face doi bani pentru mine.</p>

Problema apare atunci cand cei care fac asta nu prea stiu despre ce este vorba si cum trebuie <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">sa se construiasca o astfel de comunicare. Sa utilizezi doar un canal de comunicare directa nu este suficient. Mai mult decat atat, poate sa fie chiar pagubos …</span></em></p>

<p>In primul rand e o <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">pozitionare fair fata de client</span></em>. Arati ca discursul tau de vanzare nu este doar o poveste frumoasa. E chiar adevarat si nu ai nimic de ascuns. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Aceasta atitudine da incredere si mai ridica din “barierele” pe care fiecare client potential le aseaza in fata vanzaretului.</span></em> Si daca potentialul client e convins de oportunitatea achizitiei,<strong> increderea</strong> va face sa fi furnizorul ales. Deci, ai toate motivele sa-i castigi<strong> increderea</strong>.</p>
<p>In al doilea rand ai ocazia sa-i<em><span style="color:#ff0000;"> oferi potentialului client o experienta</span></em> alaturi de produsul/serviciul tau. <strong>Asta ii va ramane in minte!</strong> Impactul este mult mai puternic decat un pliant frumos sau un discurs de vanzare plin de informatii de parca este un curs de specializare.</p>
<p>In al treilea rand <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">beneficiile care justifica decizia de cumparare</span></em> vor fi cele cu adevarat <strong>relevante</strong> pentru client. Nu cele pe care le-ai presupus tu! Asa ca nu mai este cazul sa plictisesti si sa cheltui timp si efort risipind o multime de vorbe. Potentialul client va putea pune exact <strong>acele intrebari</strong> care ii lamuresc aspectele importante din punctul sau de vedere.</p>
<p>In al patrulea rand <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">potentialul client va fi implicat in vanzare.</span></em> Va <strong>investi</strong> timp si efort si asta il va face sa isi <strong>doreasca</strong> sa cumpere. Deci, <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">va fi mai deschis si te va ajuta sa construiesti propuneri si solutii valoroase</span></em>. Iti va oferii tot suportul, radicand toate “barierele” de comunicare pe care la inceput le-a asezat intre voi.</p>
<p>Cu lucrurile bune sau care ne plac sau care ne fac viata mai comoda ne obisnuim incredibil de repede. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Nu prea ne place sa renuntam la astfel de lucruri …</span></em> Daca ai targetat corect catre cine adresezi o oferta de tip <strong>try &amp; buy</strong>, vei avea surpriza placuta sa vezi o o mare parte se vor transforma in <strong>clienti</strong>.</p>
<p>Despre un pliant este greu sa povestesti unui prieten. Dar, despre o astfel de experienta de tip <strong>try &amp; buy</strong> o poti face. Practic, dintre cei carora le oferi o astfel de <strong>experienta</strong>, raspunzand nivelului <strong>asteptarilor lor</strong>, o mare parte vor deveni <strong>“avocatii”</strong> tai. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Si sunt mai credibili</span></em> decat orice discurs de vanzare interpretat de catre tine <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Ofertele de acest tip au mare impact in fata potentialului client. Intai ii starneste curiozitatea, asa ca vei fi ascultat pana la capat. Este destul de greu de refuzat, pentru ca daca nu iei ceva ce este gratis inseamna ca pierzi – asta este primul gand care incolteste. Pe perioada derularii ofertei potentialul client are tot timpul din lume sa se convinga ca trebuie sa cumpere. Mai exact, decizia de cumparare se ia emotional, dar ratiunea ne oblige sa gasim acele justificari care sa ne dea confort in asumarea acestei decizii. Aici e nevoie de timp si motive reale. Aceste motive reale sunt mai usor de identificat cand ai langa tine produsul si chiar il experimentezi.</span></em></p>

<p>Cand trebuie trimis un <strong>e-mail</strong>? Care este cea mai buna zi din saptamana? Raspunsul a nedumerit / surprins o buna parte din audienta (majoritatea cetateni care sunt inrolati in departamente de marketing ale companiilor): <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">nu are importanta momentul si / sau ziua</span></em> in care este trimis un <strong>e-mail</strong>.</p>
<p>Cum trebuie sa fie subiectul unui <strong>e-mail</strong>? <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Poate sa fie oricum</span></em>: lung sau scurt, sa starneasca curiozitatea sau nu, sa fie indexat sau nu …</p>
<p>Catre cine trebuie trimis <strong>e-mailul</strong>? Catre <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">o lista cat mai mare, dar sa fie lista ta</span></em>. Chiar si cei care nu deschid <strong>e-mailul</strong> vor fi influentati (mai mult sau mai putin in functie de frecventa trimiterilor).</p>
<p>Cat de des trebuie trimis <strong>e-mailul</strong>? Frecventa trimiterilor poate sa fie <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">oricat de ridicata atata timp cat ai de spus ceva nou si relevant</span></em> pentru cei care primesc mesajul tau.</p>
<p>Nu risc ca userii sa se dezaboneze de la comunicarile mele? <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Nu, atat timp cat mesajele tale sunt valoroase si o dezabonare va induce sentimentul ca respectivul va pierde ceva</span></em>. In plus, “delete” este mai comod si rapid decat o procedura de dezabonare <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Atunci care este secretul unei campanii de succes utilizand<strong> e-mailul</strong> ca si canal de <strong>comunicare directa</strong> <strong>adresata</strong>? Secretul nu este chiar un secret. Diferenta este data de relevanta:<em><span style="color:#ff0000;"> r</span><span style="color:#ff0000;">elevanta subiectului si a continutului mesajului.</span></em> Un subiect care genereaza o <strong>rata mare de deschideri</strong>, sa zicem facand apel la curiozitatea destinatarului, nu inseamna nimic daca este urmata de o <strong>rata de conversie in vanzari</strong> meschina. Un <strong>mesaj valoros</strong> nu va ajunge sa fie citit daca cel care il primeste nu stie despre ce este vorba din subiect si prima fraza. Asta inseamna sa fi onest, sa sti ce vrea clientul tau potential, sa nu vorbesti despre cai-verzi-pe-pereti, sa muncesti mult pentru a construi acele mesaje valoroase. E cam greu …</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Referindu-ma la cifre, cred ca nu e atat de importanta o rata mare de raspuns, sau o rata mare de conversie in vanzari sau alt indicator. Importanta este imaginea de ansamblu.</span></em> Adica, dintr-o lista de 1000 de tinte am rata de raspuns de 10% si din acestia 50% cumpara. La fiecare vanzare castig 10$. Total1 = 500$ E super! Dar cum suna o lista de 100,000 de tinte, rata de raspuns 4% si din acestia 30% cumpara. La fiecare vanzare castig tot 10$. Total2 = 12,000$ Parca prima varianta nu mai e chiar super … as zice doar promitator  <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Din contra, vremurile triste ne ajuta sa vedem mai limpede ce merge si ce nu. Ajungem mai repede la modelul de vanzare optim, adica la modul in care trebuie sa se petreaca lucrurile. In general criza / recesiunea este si o oportunitate.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://alex2m.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/client-vs-vanzaret-1.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-1130" title="client vs vanzaret" src="http://alex2m.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/client-vs-vanzaret-1.jpg?w=234&#038;h=300" alt="" width="234" height="300" /></a>Vanzarea</strong> a devenit mai complicata pentru ca azi si <strong>clientii</strong> sunt mai complicati. Pana ieri era suficient sa ai o echipa de <strong>vanzareti</strong> entuziasti care sa fie dispusi sa deschida o “taraba” oricand si oriunde. Apoi, urma o prezentare / dare de seama si sigur se gasea cineva dornic sa cumpere. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Adica se generau clienti din nimic. Nimeni nu stie daca erau clienti multumiti pentru ca nimeni nu avea timp de asa ceva, iar clientii nu prea dadeau valoare banilor si timpului cheltuit.</span></em> Dintr-o data totul s-a schimbat. Pentru o scurta perioada <strong>vanzaretii</strong> si <strong>clientii</strong> au incremenit. Dar perioada asta a trecut, asa ca trebuie facut ceva …</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Ce fac azi clientii?</span></em> <strong>Clientii</strong> dau mare valoare banilor si timpului cheltuit. Au invatat repede ca au in permanenta alternativa cand e vorba de un furnizor sau produs. <strong>Clientii</strong> au invatat ca in piata noastra scump nu inseamna implicit si bun. <strong>Clientii</strong> sunt mult mai informati. Chiar daca decizia de cumparare este emotionala,<strong> clientii</strong> cauta mai multe justificari rationale decat inainte. <strong>Clientilor</strong> nu li se mai lumineaza fata atunci cand aud cuvantul “promotie”. La cuvantul “gratis” devin imediat suspiciosi.</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Ce fac azi vanzaretii?</span></em> <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> care doar fac prezentari mor de foame. Cei care chiar stiu sa vanda o duc bine sau excelent (asa cred ca va fi si pe mai departe). <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> cer noi instrumente de lucru / vanzare. <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> incearca sa construiasca <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">beneficii specifice clientului</span></em> si este firesc pentru ca in realitate chiar asta cumparam. <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> cer tot mai des suportul specialistilor din propria companie. <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> incearca sa comunice mai mult, mai flexibil si transmit mesaje cat mai relevante. <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> sunt din ce in ce mai disponibili pentru<strong> client</strong> si dispusi sa duca lupte grele in propria companie pozitionandu-se de partea acestuia. <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> sunt din ce in ce mai putin dispusi sa se lupte cu birocratia din propria companie (adevarul este ca asa se cheltuie mult timp complet aiurea). <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> cer feed-back de la <strong>client</strong> tot mai des si chiar sunt preocupati de gradul de satisfactie al acestora. <strong>Vanzaretii</strong> cauta sa castige increderea <strong>clientului</strong> si dau valoare mare relatiilor pe termen lung.</p>
<p>Desigur, inca mai sunt companii care nu stiu exact ce vor sau care continua sa faca lucrurile ca si cum functioneaza in alta dimensiune (perseverenta este un defect major in acest caz). <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">In general nevoia te poate invata de bine pentru ca de fiecare data “viata bate filmul”</span></em></p>

Pai, pentru ca in  lumea virtuala conteaza. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Asa ajungi popular sau asa poti face bani.</span></em> Nu o sa fac vorbire despre prima categorie care isi doreste notorietate pentru simplul fapt ca mi se pare neinteresant. Sa-ti propui sa concurezi cu Bula – care este foarte popular dinainte de www – tine mai degraba de orgoliul lor si/sau de neuronul singuratic care sa zbate bezmetic. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">A doua categorie, a celor care vor sa faca bani de pe urma traficului, mi se pare mai interesanta.</span></em></p>
<p>Deci, ce trebuie sa faci pentru a produce bani? Simplu, din cate se vede pe la noi. Aloci un buget jigarit si <strong>cumperi click-uri</strong>. <strong>Traficul</strong> creste repede si exponential. Concurentii tai se zbat de pomana si devin invidiosi (un sentiment omenesc de care nu trebuie sa le fie rusine si nici nu se chinuie sa-l tina sub cheie). De ce sa <strong>cumperi click-uri</strong>? Pai, asa poti expune mai multe campanii simultan pe <strong>site</strong>-ul tau. Asa poti avea mai multi clienti in acelasi timp deoarece si acestia cumpara de la tine un numar de <strong>afisari</strong>. E o chestie de aritmetica: fiecare client cumpara 10k <strong>afisari</strong> si tu ai 100k <strong>afisari</strong> disponibile. Adica, poti avea in acelasi timp 10 astfel de <strong>clienti</strong>. Daca fiecare <strong>client</strong> pune in punguta ta 10 galbeni, vei avea 100 de galbeni. Deci, desi ai destule afisari de vandut nu va mai cumpara nimeni de la tine. Deci, in foarte scurt timp nu te va mai suna nimeni sa cumpere afisari de la tine. Deci, o sa treaca mult timp pana sa repari ce mai poate fi reparat. Deci, nu o sa mai fi credibil multa vreme de aici incolo. Deci, o sa incepi sa saracesti. Deci, o sa ajungi posac. Deci, nu cumpara click-uri.</span></em></p>
<p>Decat sa cumperi<strong> click</strong>-uri de aiurea, mai bine investeste banii in cineva care te poate ajuta sa aduci valoare suplimentara paginii tale web si sa-ti <strong>creasca</strong> <strong>traficul</strong> natural si sanatos. Spor la saiba!</p>

<p>De ce avem tendinta de a ne impune <strong>false limite</strong>? Cred ca in principiu ne ridicam singuri mingii la fileu pentru <strong>justificari commode</strong> si pentru a ne motiva sa <strong>nu facem</strong> ceva. Problema este ca facand acest “antrenament” cu consecventa ajungem sa <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">devenim maestri in a gasi si impune false limite.</span></em> Asa se face ca in momentul in care cineva iese din rand si depaseste aceste <strong>limite</strong> devine clar pentru toata lumea ca este Geniu, Magician, ruda cu Mama Omida (sau chiar ea insasi) sau cineva care a avut in mod evident Noroc.</p>
<p>Cred ca asa se intampla peste tot in viata noastra de zi-cu-zi. De exemplu ieri ma uitam cu la cateva calupuri de reclame pe TV si dupa 30 de min nu eram in stare sa descriu nici macar una. Cu ceva straduinta am pus pe lista 4 branduri care aparusera in calupurile de reclame, dar <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">nu retinusem nici o oferta</span></em>. La fel se intampla cu panourile out-door sau cu reclamele care apar pe net. De flyere nu mai vorbesc pentru ca toate sunt exact la fel in functie de industrie (cele care fac reclama la pizza sunt aproape identice, doar gustul difera <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ). Reclamele, indiferent de canalul de comunicare ales, au rolul de a transmite un <strong>mesaj</strong>. Pentru asta trebuie sa-mi capteze <strong>atentia</strong>. De ce oare fiecare persista in aceeasi reteta anosta? <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Cred ca marketerrii / agentiile si-au impus niste limite false referitor la modul in care pot atrage atentia.</span></em></p>

Pai, luam primele trei locuri chiar daca venim cu o singura echipa de mistocari juniori.</span></em></p>
<p>Deci, evident ca tinand cont de capul de afis din media, au aparut si primele bancuri cu si despre vamesi. Mai jos un glum (ca  gluma nu e):</p>

Cu petrecerea e simplu, dar cu cadoul ceva mai complicat. Asa ca ajung sa-si dea cu parerea despre ce l-ar face fericit pe seriful vamii …</em></p>
<p><em>- Sa-i luam o masina spor adevarata, cum nu mai are nimeni!</em></p>
<p><em>- Nu merge … e prea putin.</em></p>
<p><em>- Sa-i luam o vila care se invarte dupa soare!</em></p>
<p><em>- Ntz … ce naiba e sefu’ nostru, sa nu fim meschini.</em></p>

E adevarat ca primavara asta incepe cu o zi de iarna, dar noua nu ne pasa. Noi ne uitam in calendar si aici nu e frig, cer cenusiu si zapada murdara si inghetata.</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Precum la startul unui concurs de marathon cu notorietate, toti marketerii au sarit in sus de bucurie: un pretext de comunicare! E adevarat, dar tot atat de adevarat e ca acest pretext este valabil pentru toata lumea, pentru toate industriile (sau aproape toate).</span></em> Rezultatul: comunicari entuziaste, cu strigaturi, la gramada, facute de catre fiecare pentru fiecare. Evident ca nici un mesaj nu mai iese in evidenta intr-un asemenea vartej. Nici o oferta, indiferent cat de valoroasa ar fi, nu mai are ecou. Degeaba folosesti combinatia de rosu-alb si imaginea unui ghiocel … Asta face fiecare <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Sa te folosesti de orice mesaj pentru a vinde direct si imediat nu e musai cea mai stralucita idee. Sa nu cunosti mai nimic despre cel care urmeaza sa primeasca mesajul mi se pare munca in zadar. Sa faci ce face si cel de langa tine fara a incerca sa fii creativ mi se pare mediocru. Sa nu te diferentiezi prin nimic altceva decat pret mi se mare infantil. Sa crezi ca piata romaneasca este atipica mi se pare ca incerci sa te minti frumos. <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Daca doresti rezultate marete si speri sa le obtii in acest mod, mi se pare ca esti … haios.</span></em></p>

Probabil ca reprezinta si un instrument de tratament comod pentru toate nereusitele si succesele noastre. <strong>Justificarea</strong> este atat de prezenta incat dupa o judecata de valoare sau o analiza a unei situatii este firesc sa vina si <strong>justificarea</strong>.</p>
<p><a href="http://alex2m.files.wordpress.com/2011/02/justificare2.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1100" title="justificarea" src="http://alex2m.files.wordpress.com/2011/02/justificare2.jpg?w=216&#038;h=233" alt="" width="216" height="233" /></a>De mici avem inclinatie catre <strong>justificare</strong> si invatam maiestria de a scapa ceva mai Ieftin din situatii neplacute. Ionel e un baiat cuminte, dar astazi tocmai si-a surprins invatatoarea: a mazgalit caietul lui Gigel. De ce a facut asa ceva Ionel? Simplu pentru ca si Gigel a procedat asa cu caietul lui Ionel, el a inceput. Ah, deci totul este ok, exista o <strong>justificare</strong> pentru ce a facut Ionel asa ca nu se pune la socoteala. Daca invatatoarea iubeste si para e clar ca Ionel a mai urcat o treapta in ochii ei.</p>
<p>La fel se intampla si cand crestem mari. X companie producatoare de bere face un plan si propune o campanie care costa 200k euro. Aceleasi canale de comunicare, acelasi mesaj, aceeasi agentie, acelasi mecanism de functionare … Asa ca pe o reteta. De ce? Pentru ca asa a procedat si data trecuta. La fel procedeaza si competitorii directi. Asa functioneaza piata noastra romaneasca, piata care stim ca este total atipica <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  <em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Evident ca este o tampenie! Dar, are marea calitate de a fi o tampenie care se poate justifica usor, care s-a mai justificat si a mers.</span></em> Si sefii inteleg o astfel de <strong>justificare</strong> si o accepta. Daca venim cu o <strong>justificare</strong> noua riscam mult. Daca va fi o<strong> justificare</strong> greu de inteles sau de acceptat? O <strong>justificare</strong> noua inseamna de cele mai multe ori multa bataie de cap.</p>
<p>Discutam cu un amic care ocupa o pozitie de brand manager. Imi spunea amicul, referitor la o propunere de campanie de <strong>marketing direct</strong>, ca e crima pentru el si colegii lui. Io o tineam una si buna ca nu e crima e doar alta abordare. Apoi am inteles ce vrea sa spuna cand a venit cu detalii suplimentare. Avea dreptate, e crima! Si asta pentru ca i-ar fi trebuit o<strong> justificare</strong> noua. In plus avea de <strong>justificat</strong> niste rezultate concrete. Totul in aceasta campanie fiind perfect masurabil. Deci, o <strong>justificare</strong> noua si bazata pe rezultate. In plus, campania insemna si o parte de<strong> testare</strong>. Deci, o <strong>justificare</strong> noua bazata pe rezultate partiale si apoi finale. In urma <strong>testarii</strong> s-ar fi fixat niste <strong>obiective reale</strong>, nu scoase de catre oberstrumf din eprubeta. Deci, o <strong>justificare</strong> noua bazata pe rezultate partiale si apoi finale raportata la <strong>obiective reale</strong>. <p><em><span style="color:#ff0000;">Adevarul este ca suntem atat de buni in asa ceva incat tot timpul exista o justificare. Cu putina vointa si ceva talent poti scoate la iveala justificari minunate &#8211; astea nici nu mai au nevoie de demonstratie. La sfarsitul unei justificari minunate reactiile sunt unanime: waw, aha &#8230; inteleg!</span></em></p>
